We offer free shipping on all orders over £50.

 

Processing & Delivery Time (United Kingdom)

Orders are processed within 48 business hours of placement. Delivery times are estimated from the moment the order leaves our UK warehouse:

• United Kingdom (Standard Delivery): 2–8 business days
• International (Standard Delivery): 2–10 business days

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled. Returns can be initiated only after receiving your item, using our standard 100-Day Risk-Free Guarantee process.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please email us immediately at info@aura-sleep.com. We will assist you as quickly as possible with filing a claim and arranging a replacement order.
