Can I Return My Order?
Absolutely. You can return your order within 100 days of receiving it for a full refund.
How Do I Return an Item?
- Email us at info@aura-sleep.com and include your order number.
- You will receive detailed return instructions and the return address via email.
- The customer is fully responsible for returning the package.
- We strongly recommend returning your package with a valid Track & Trace number and sharing it with us, so we can monitor the shipment and process your refund quickly.
Are Return Shipping Costs Free?
No, return shipping costs are at your own expense. This includes any shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges incurred during the return process.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
- Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days of processing.
- Refunds are only issued after successful receipt and inspection of the returned goods by our warehouse.
Return Conditions & Hygiene Policy
Return Conditions
Due to the nature of sleep products and health appliances, returns must meet the following criteria:
- For hygiene reasons, the Spinal Alignment Pillow must be returned with its original, clean cover. We reserve the right to decline or reduce the refund amount for pillows returned with stains, odors, or damage.
- We only accept returns if the item is:
- Unused (outside of the trial period).
- Unwashed (for covers and textiles).
- In its original, undamaged packaging (for electronic devices).
- Products must be returned in clean, undamaged and resaleable condition.
- For opened or used products that are no longer suitable for inspection or donation, the return may be declined, or a reduction in the refund amount may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
Did your order arrive damaged or defective? Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@aura-sleep.com and include clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging. After assessment, you will receive further instructions. Claims reported after 14 days or without proper photo documentation may be declined.
Free Gifts and Bundles
If you received free products with your order (such as a complimentary Carry Case or Quick Guide), these must be returned in full and in good condition together with your return. Missing or damaged free products may result in a declined refund or a reduction in the refund amount.
Shipping Risk & Return Address
- The shipping risk lies with you as the customer. We strongly recommend sending your return insured and with Track & Trace. Keep the shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.
- Returns sent to any address other than the one provided in the return instructions will not be accepted.
